1. Return Eligibility – Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage Only

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or if the item was damaged during shipping. You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and free from any damage not caused during manufacturing or shipping.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • A return request must be approved by our team before you ship the item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Email griprix@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos showing the defect or shipping damage.

  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it using the provided label.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for all accepted returns. Returns are free. Customers will not pay any return shipping fees. There are no restocking fees.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order to support any claims. We will resolve the issue through a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged in transit, we will offer an exchange for the same item. Replacement items will be shipped within 7–10 business days after your request is approved.

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.
