International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We wouldn’t be able to modify the shipping address once the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For defective/damaged products, we only provide an exchange. Once a request is raised, the exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that certain shipping methods may not be available. We recommend contacting our customer support team if you have specific questions regarding shipping to these addresses.
